How do you ensure my pottery arrives without breaking?

We use eco-friendly, high-impact suspension packaging and double-boxing techniques to ensure your ceramics survive the journey. If an item does arrive damaged, we offer an immediate replacement at no extra cost.

Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, all Euclids Pottery pieces are fired at high temperatures making them durable for daily use in both the microwave and dishwasher, unless specifically noted on a gold-lustre specialty item.

How long does shipping take for handcrafted items?

In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom or 'made-to-order' pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for throwing, drying, glazing, and firing.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to North America, Europe, and Australia. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the stoneware and your specific location.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your home decor. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Is your glaze lead-free and food-safe?

Absolutely. Safety is our priority. All glazes used at Euclids Pottery are 100% lead-free, non-toxic, and certified food-safe for all your dining needs.
