At Euclids Pottery Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted ceramics. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-custom pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a return authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the pottery in its original protective padding and double-box the item to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
